At Neon Boots Line Dance, we want to make getting your favourite merch as easy as possible! Whether you’d prefer your order delivered to your door or collected at one of our classes, we’ve got you covered.

Australian Shipping

We offer flat-rate shipping Australia-wide for $15 per order.

All orders are carefully prepared and packaged before dispatch.

Processing & Dispatch Times

• In-stock items: Orders are generally dispatched within 2–5 days of purchase.
• Out-of-stock items: If an item is temporarily unavailable, we’ll contact you via email with an estimated dispatch or delivery timeframe.

Please note that dispatch times do not include shipping transit times. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the postal service.

If there are any unexpected delays with your order, we’ll do our best to keep you informed.

Free Collection from Class

Prefer to collect your order at class? No worries!

We offer free collection from Neon Boots Line Dance classes.

To arrange collection:

1. Select Pickup from Class at checkout.
2. Email us at neonbootslinedance@gmail.com with your order number and the class you attend.
3. We’ll contact you once your order is ready to coordinate collection at your class.

Please wait until we’ve confirmed your order is ready before attempting to collect it.

International Shipping

At this stage, our online store only accepts orders for delivery within Australia.

If you’re located overseas and would like to purchase Neon Boots merchandise, please contact us at neonbootslinedance@gmail.com to discuss international shipping options.

International shipping availability and costs will be confirmed individually.

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase.

We’ll do our best to update your details before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been shipped.
